Babysitter Charged With Murder in 23-Month-Old Child's Death
The child died on Aug. 22, 2012, Manassas Police said.
A Manassas woman was arrested Tuesday night in the 2012 death of a 23-month-old child.
Jessica Fraraccio, 21, of River Forest Drive is charged with murder and child abuse as a result of the ongoing investigation, Manassas Police Sgt. Lowell Nevill said on Wednesday.
The child, whose identity isn't being released, died on Aug. 22, 2012 in a home in the 9300 block of Birchwood Court where police said the defendant was watching him.

Fraraccio was held at the adult detention center in Manassas without bond pending a court appearance in the Prince William County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, Nevill said.
No prior information on the death of the toddler was released before the arrest because the cause and manner of death were still under investigation.
