Burglary Suspect Located in Manassas

A Man suspected in the burglary of a local grocery store back on July 12 has been arrested after being located in a Manassas-area home Monday.

The following information was supplied by the Prince William County police department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

A man suspected in the burglary of a local grocery store back on July 12 has been aprehended after being located in a Manassas-area home Monday.

The U.S. Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force arrested 28-year-old Jason Wayne Critzer, of no known address, who was wanted in connection with the burglary of the Aden Grocery Store located in nearby Nokesville.

Critzer was later located at an address on Cupids Dart Court in Prince William County and arrested without incident, police said Monday. He's been charged with burglary, grand larceny, possession of burglarious tools and and destruction of property.

Police said store surveillance footage shows a man, now identified by police as Critzer, stealing numerous items from the store on Aden Road around 1:30 a.m. July 12, including two cash registers and cigarettes.

Officials from the property crime unit were able to identify Critzer as the suspect.
