Manassas 7-11 Armed Robber Caught by U.S. Marshals

 Police in Prince William County have located the man  believed responsible for the armed robberies of two 7-11 stores in Manassas Thursday.

The accused, identified as Josef Rodriquez, 26, of no fixed address, was taken into custody without incident by a U.S. Marshals task force in the Montclair area of the county Sunday.   He is being charged with armed robbery, use of a firearm in commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

School Bus Driver Arrested for Assault and Battery

 Police have charged a Prince William County school bus driver after she allegedly assaulted two student passengers.

Prince William County police said the incident took place on Friday, May 13, around noon. A preliminary investigation has revealed the driver assaulted two male students, ages 10 and 12, while they were on the bus in her care.

The bus was located at the Independent Hill School in Manassas (20112) and no injuries were reported, police said. Minnie Pearl McBride, 49, of Woodbridge was charged with two counts of assault and battery. Court date was not made available.

Manassas Man Charged with Rape, Abduction

 Prince William County Police say they responded to the 10400 block of Butterfield St. in Manassas (20109) for a domestic incident on May 14, shortly before 5 a.m.  The victim, a 25-year-old Manassas woman, told police she and the accused, an acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation, which escalated.

Conrad Etwall Campbell Jr., 38, of Manassas, was arrested and charged with rape, abduction and domestic assault and battery after allegedly choking and raping the victim, according to police. Campbell was arrested without incident. He is being held without bond; court date unavailable.
