Crime Blotter: Manassas-Area Burglaries

Two homeowners reported burglaries to the Prince William County Police Department.

Two apparently unrelated burglaries occurred in the Manassas area recently, Prince William County Police said. 

On Nov. 14 at 12:15 p.m., officers responded to the 10900 block of Wild Ginger Circle. A 23-year-old male reported that the front door to his apartment was forced open. $550 worth of electronics were stolen, police said. 

On Nov. 15 at 11:10 p.m., police responded to the 7800 block of West Point Court, where a 60-year-old woman, reported that cash and jewelry were stolen. The value was over $2600. Entry was likely made between noon and 7:15 p.m., through a back sliding glass door.
