Diamond Ring Stolen from Manassas Mall
A man reportedly fled a store inside Manassas Mall with an expensive piece of jewelry.
Prince William County Police are on the hunt for a man that allegedly stole a diamond ring from in on July 5.
Police responded to the mall just before 9 p.m. where jewelry store employees reported to police that an unknown man entered the store and requested to see a diamond ring.
"After the man was handed the diamond ring he fled the store on footwith the ring in his hand," said the department via a crime solvers post on their Facebook page. "The man was last seen exiting the parking lot area, located by , in a vehicle."

Shaw's Jewelers is just outside the Macy's entrace in Manassas Mall. Police said the stolen diamond ring is valued around $16,700.
Police said the man who allegedly stole the ring, as pictured in the surveillance camera photo, is a black man between 40 and 45 years old, 6-foot-3, 230 pounds of muscular build with brown eyes and short black hair.

He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants, black shoes and a black baseball hat with a black team logo. Police are also looking for a white, four-door 2012 Dodge Magnum.
