Police said that $3,700 worth of items, including two handguns and two iPods, were stolen from a home earlier this week. They responded on Tuesday at 3:10 p.m. to a call from a homeowner on the 11900 block of Falling Creek Dr. They said that the illegal entry was made by breaking a front window.

Later that day, Manassas City police officers stopped Schell and McDermott as they were driving in two separate vehicles. A resident of Spyglass Loop had reported one of the vehicles stolen earlier that day. Police officers found the firearms from Falling Creek Drive inside one of the vehicles.
