Gainesville Man Cuts Roommate With Knife

Christian Isaac Graham, 38, was charged with malicious wounding and assault and battery.

A Gainesville man was charged after he swung a knife, causing cuts to his roommate's arm, Prince William County Police said. 

Christian Isaac Graham, 38, of Vint Hill Road, was charged with malicious wounding and assault and battery. 

His two roommates, who were 41 and 33-year-old males, reported that they were inside their home Thursday around 10 p.m. when they saw Graham outside, yelling. When they confronted Graham, he assaulted the 33-year-old, police said.

"The accused then became increasingly aggravated, and, at one point, retrieved a knife and began swinging toward both victims, cutting the 41-year-old victim, to his arm," police spokesman Officer Jonathan Perok said in a press release. "The accused fled but was located and arrested without further incident."

Both victims reported minor injuries. Graham was held without bond.
