Lawyer: Police Want to Take Their Own Naked Pics in Teen 'Sexting' Case

Investigators want new photos to compare with sexual pics 17-year-old shared with his girlfriend, according to reports.

The lawyer of a Manassas City teen says investigators are demanding more pictures of the 17-year-old's erect penis to compare with images the teen allegedly sent to his 15-year-old girlfriend.

The teen is charged with manufacturing and distributing child pornography after exchanging texts with his girlfriend earlier this year, according to NBC Washington.

Last week, a magistrate reportedly signed off on a new search warrant for more nude pictures of the teen boy's genitalia to compare with evidence, according to the NBC report.

The teen's lawyer, Jessica Harbeson Foster, told The Washington Post that investigators have threatened to take the boy to the hospital and use drugs to force the teen to have an erection.

The boy's guardian ad litem, Carlos Flores Laboy, told the Post that the demand for more photos was ironic.

“They’re using a statute that was designed to protect children from being exploited in a sexual manner to take a picture of this young man in a sexually explicit manner," he told the Post.
