Manassas Fight Results in Arrest of Woodbridge Man
Manassas Police are investigating the case.
A Woodbridge man was taken into custody Tuesday night after a fight reportedly broke out on the 9200 block of Taney Road in Manassas.
Manassas City Police responded to the area at 7:25 p.m. after receiving reports of an assault in progress.
Once there, officers found a man with non-life threatening injuries to his face. The victim was treated on the scene by EMS workers. A subsequent investigation resulted in the arrest of Christopher Steven Weber, 25, of Kilby Court in Woodbridge. Weber is charged with malicious wounding; he remains in custody at the adult detention center in Manassas without bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 24.
