Manassas Fugitive of the Week: Scott Anthony McFadden

Manassas police said he is responsible for identity theft and credit card theft.

A 22-year-old Manassas man is thought to be responsible for a Manassas resident's credit and identity being stolen earlier this month. 

Scott Anthony McFadden is accused of breaking into a car parked on O'Connell Court in Manassas and stealing credit cards and other items sometime between Sept. 6 and Sept. 8, Manassas Police said. 

He then used the credit card to make purchases at Walmart and 7-Eleven, investigators said. 
He faces criminal charges of forgery, credit card theft and identity theft.
