Manassas Man Charged With Delinquency of Minor
A court date and bond information were not immediately available.
A Manassas man has been charged with four counts of using a communication system to facilitate certain offenses with a minor and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
A Prince William County police investigation showed that the man allegedly took nude photos of a Manassas area juvenile and encouraged her to prostitute herself for money in return for food and shelter, police said.
The man, Kyle Tyhreek Lockett, 23, was arrested on Aug. 7. He is currently being held without bond and his court date is unavailable.
