Manassas Man Charged With Indecent Exposure
Frankie Alan Fernandez, 29, of Willoughby Lane in Manassas, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure.
A Manassas man exposed himself to a woman near his home on Willoughby Lane, Prince William County Police said Monday.
Frankie Alan Fernandez, 29, of the 7500 block of Willoughby Lane, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure on Sunday.
A 25-year-old woman told police that she was on her apartment balcony when she saw an unknown man in a common area. The man had his pants lowered and was exposing himself in her direction. She contacted the police just before noon, but the man left the area before the officers arrived. Police officers canvassed the area and were directed to Fernandez's apartment.

Fernandez's court date is set for Nov. 9. He was held without bond.
