Manassas Teens Arrested in Beating of 17-year-old Boy

Prince William County Police said the attack wasn't random.

A 17-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy were arrested this month in connection with the beating and robbery of another teenager on the 10400 block of Stonington Lane in the Manassas area, Prince William County Police reports show.

Both teens, who aren't being identified by police because of their ages, were arrested Jan. 18, charged with malicious wounding and strong armed robbery and taken to juvenile facility. Investigators said the attack wasn't random.

Just after midnight on Jan. 16, the 17-year-old victim summoned police to a treatment room at a local hospital and told them he was approached a few hours earlier by the suspects who punched him in the face, searched his pockets and kicked him in the head after he fell to the ground, police said.
