Police: Marijuana Growing Operation Uncovered in Prince William County Home

Prince William County police originally responded to the Nokesville home for a shooting.

Prince William County police officers stumbled upon a marijuana growing operation in Nokesville Sunday after responding to reports of shots fired at a home in the area.

A witness told police he and another friend were visiting a home on the 10300 block of Reid Lane when the resident became "disorderly" and ordered everyone out of his house, Prince William County investigators said.

The witness said he was leaving the resident when he heard what sounded like a gunshot coming from the front porch of the home.

No injuries were reported, but the witness went home and called police, who responded to the Reid Court residence at 3:30 a.m.  Officers were speaking to the resident of the home about the reported shooting when he became upset and allegedly charged toward one of the officers.

Officers searched the home and found a marijuana-growing operation along with syringes, multiple handguns and other property, Prince William County Police said.

Michael Ibrahim Mansour, 32, of Reid Court was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a firearm with narcotics, assault on a law enforcement officer and manufacturing marijuana with intent to distribute.

Another person living at the home, Dionne Marie Zilleruelo, 32, is charged with manufacturing marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm with narcotics.  Both are being held at the Prince William County Adult Detention Center. No bond has been set.
