Police: $5,000 in Goods Stolen from Manassas-Area Home

The victim said the burglary must have happened sometime between Wednesday and Saturday.

Prince William County Police said someone made off with more than $5,000 in stolen goods from a Manassas area home early this month.  

The victim told police the burglary happened between 4 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. Saturday at a home on the 12100 block of Dumfries Road. 

Investigators concluded a burglar entered the home through a sliding glass door that was forced open. 
Two televisions, jewelry and other goods were taken. In all, some $5,800 in property is missing from the home, police said. 

Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call Prince William County Police.
