Update: Police Dispatch K9 Unit After Armed Bank Robbery

Prince William County Police are on the lookout for the suspect.

Prince William County Police dispatched a K-9 unit Saturday, after a holdup by an armed gunman at a Manassas area bank.

The man entered the Carter Bank & Trust on Sudley Road around noon, showed a weapon, and demanded money, police said. The suspect is described as a black male, about 6', dark skinned, last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, washed out jeans, and a baseball cap. 

No one was injured. The investigation continues. Police ask anyone with information to call Crime Solvers at 703-670-3700 or 1-866-411-TIPS.
