Police: Heroin Bust in Manassas

Two men distributed heroin at their home, Prince William County Police said.

Two men were arrested after detectives found heroin and evidence of distribution at their Manassas home, Prince William County Police said.

Gerald Morman, 51, and Kenneth Gleaton, 49, both of Burton Parish Court in Manassas, are both charged with distribution of a schedule I or II narcotic.

Detectives from the Prince William-Manassas-Manassas Park Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant on June 20 at the two men's home. Police found heroin, evidence of distribution and an undisclosed amount of cash, said spokesman Officer Jonathan Perok. The search marked the end of a narcotics investigation into heroin distribution at the home, according to Perok.

Perok said police did not immediately publicize the arrests because of the investigation. Gleaton and Morman are held without bond pending an Aug. 23 court date.
