Police Identify Carjacking Suspect

Antoine Clarence Mciver, 20, of the Manassas area, is wanted for carjacking and use of a firearm in commission of a felony.

Prince William County Police are still searching for a suspect in a Manassas area carjacking.

Officers have obtained arrest warrants for Antoine Clarence Mciver, 20, of Coverstone Drive in the Manassas area. He is wanted for carjacking and use of a firearm in commission of a felony, but so far police have been unable to find him.

Mciver is described as a black male, about 17 years old, 5'9", who has a thin build, lazy right eye and a tear drop tattoo under his left eye.

A 41-year-old woman and a 39-year-old man reported at 9:17 p.m. Wednesday that they were parking their vehicle on the 7900 block of Community Drive when three males approached them. Two of the boys displayed BB guns, which looked like handguns, and ordered the victims from their vehicle. One of the suspects fled on foot, while the other two got into the vehicle.

Police officers later found the car in the drive-thru of a McDonald's on Portsmouth Road, and pressed carjacking charges against a 14-year-old boy and a 12-year-old boy. They also charged a 13-year-old girl and a 17-year-old boy with receiving stolen property.

Police ask anyone with information on the case to call Crime Solvers at 703-670-3700.
