Police: Manassas Woman Victim of Sex Crimes

Prince William County Police have arrested and charged a Woodbridge man with three counts of object sexual penetration, one count of indecent liberties with a minor and one count of aggravated sexual battery.
According to police reports, detectives from the Special Victims Bureau wrapped up an investigation Aug. 15 into an alleged sexual assault that was reported in Manassas.
A 19-year-old woman who resided in Manassas at the time of the offenses was allegedly assaulted by a Woodbridge man, a known family member, on several occasions when she was a child, police reports show.

The Woodbridge man was arrested following the investigation and is being held without bond, according to police.
