Police: Prince William Robberies Could Be Linked to Those in Fairfax Co., Fredericksburg
Police said the suspects are considered armed and dangerous.
Prince William County Police believe a series of robberies reported in the county this month and in August may be linked to others that happened around the same time in Fairfax County and Fredericksburg, according to a press release issued Friday.
Most of the Prince William County incidents happened in the Woodbridge area. Here are the dates and locations in Prince William County:
Aug. 9, 7:12 p.m. –Sunoco Service Station –1260 Annapolis Way in Woodbridge

Aug. 12 2:20 p.m.-Shell Service Station –3186 River Heritage Boulevard in Dumfries

Aug. 21 9:09 p.m.-KFC – 1307 Devils Reach Rd. in Woodbridge
Aug. 22, 1:07 p.m. – 7 Eleven –14820 Cloverdale Rd. in Woodbridge
Sept. 6, 2013, 2:18 p.m.– 7 Eleven – 12520 Gordon Blvd. in Woodbridge
The Fairfax County incidents are:
Aug. 12 – 7-Eleven – 8146 Old Mount Vernon Rd. in Alexandria
Aug. 21– 7-Eleven – 2305 Huntington Ave. in Alexandria
Aug. 22–Attempted strong armed robbery of citizen –6300 Backlick Rd. in Springfield
Aug. 24, 2013-7-Eleven –7225 Old Keene Mill Rd. in Springfield
The Fredericksburg incidents are:
Aug. 23, 2:50 p.m. – Shell Service Station –2301 Plank Rd. in Fredericksburg
Sept. 6, 12:30 p.m.-Handy Mart located –3054 Plank Rd in Fredericksburg
