A road rage incident ended with the subject getting out of his car in the middle of Fairview Avenue and then trying to get into the victim's car, according to Manassas City Police.

The victims called police Feb. 12, telling police that he'd been followed by a woman driving a Red Toyota Camry. She'd made several attempts to pass his car, but couldn't because of traffic.

The driver followed him onto Fairview Avenue and reportedly made aggressive gestures and yelled at him at the intersection at Signal Hill Road.

At the intersection with Center Street, a man riding as a passenger in the Camry got out of the car and approached the victim's vehicle, opening the passenger side door.

A passenger in the victim's car managed to get the door shut and locked.

Lock your doors when you drive your car. I thought everyone did that?
