Police: Robbers Point Gun at Clerk, Leave With Nothing

With faces covered, young men didn't say anything, according to Manassas City Police.

Investigators hope surveillance footage will help identify two suspects in an armed robbery attempt over the weekend, according to Manassas City Police.
At 3:10 a.m., two young men with their faces covered entered the 7-Eleven at 9807 Cockrell Road.

One of the suspects displayed a handgun and pointed it at a clerk, according to a police statement. Neither suspect said anything or took anything. They fled the store on foot

Police describe the first suspect as a black male, 15-25 years old, 5’8” with a thin build. He was wearing a white T-shirt, black pants with white lines down the sides, and sneakers.

The second man is described as a black male, 15-25 years old, 5’4” with a thin build. He was wearing no shirt, blue track pants with white lines down the sides, and beige-colored shoes or sandals. His face was covered with what appeared to be a blue T-shirt with a white, orange and red logo on it.
