Update: Police ID Woman Accused of Robbing Local Bank

Police have ID'd a suspect from Friday's bank robbery near Manassas.

She has been identified as Stephanie Lynn Schwab, age 26, of no known address. Schwab is believed a suspect in connection with a bank robbery that occurred Friday near Manassas.

Prince William County Police say they have issued warrants for her arrest, but she is not in police custody.

Schwab is described as a white female, 5’03” tall and 130 pounds. She has green eyes and blond hair.

Police are looking for a white female in her early 20s believed responsible for robbing a bank near Manassas Friday morning.

Prince William County Police say they responded to the VA Commerce Bank at 10830 Balls Ford Rd for a robbery.  Bank employees told police an unknown female entered the bank, implied she had a handgun and demanded money, according to police.

The woman took an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing the area, possibly on foot, police said.

No injuries were reported during the incident. Police are planning on releasing a picture of the suspect as soon as one is available.

The suspect is being described as a white female in her early 20s, who is 5'4" tall and 120 pounds. She is further described as having a thin build with dark blonde hair and two facial piercings. She was wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt and dark-colored 'washed' style jeans at the time of the incident, police said.
