Police Seize Marijuana, Cash During Drug Busts

Prince William County Police arrested two people after executing search warrants in the Manassas area.

Prince William County Police seized marijuana and cash and arrested two people at the end of a narcotics investigation in the Manassas area. 

Jose Vidal Pereira, 24, of Ivy Glen Court in Manassas, and Evonna Noel Price, 19, of no fixed address, are both charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and conspiracy to violate the Drug Control Act. Pereira also faces unrelated charges, police said. 

Detectives from the Street Crimes Unit discovered the evidence as they executed search warrants at 7799 Roseberry Farm Drive and 10627 Dumfries Road. The search concluded an investigation into marijuana distribution, said Officer Jonathan Perok, a spokesman for the police department.

Pereira is held without bond, while Price is held on a $10,000 secured bond. Both are scheduled to appear in court on July 5.
