A Maryland man is being held without bond after allegations that he touched a sleeping woman inappropriately at a Bristow concert this weekend, according to Prince William County Police.

Benjamin Chisolm, 19, of 3710 Bridsville Rd in Davidsonville, Md., is charged with aggravated sexual battery.

The victim, 49, told police that she fell asleep on the lawn while attending a concert Sunday night at the Jiffy Lube Live amphitheater.

She told police that she woke up to find an unknown man lying beside her and touching her inappropriately, according to police.

Chisolm was detained on an unrelated matter of public intoxication, according to police, and later arrested and charged in the incident.
