Police: Stabbing Arrest in Manassas Area

Suspect pulled out knife during argument, according to Prince William County Police.

A suspect is in custody after an argument between two people led to a stabbing, according to Prince William County Police.

Jason Brent Budimlya, 32, of the 7900 block of Saddlehorn Ct in Manassas is charged with aggravated malicious wounding. 

Late Wednesday, officers responded to the Budimlya's residence. An argument between the suspect and a 51-year-old Manassas man had escalated and Budimlya allegedly pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim in the upper body.

Budimlya was detained without incident. The victim was taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
