Police: Reston Woman Had Children in Car During Hit and Run

No injuries were reported during the incident, Prince William County police said.

A Reston woman was taken into custody on Sunday after she repeatedly rammed her car into another car following an argument with the driver, Prince William County Police reports show. 

Police responded to the incident at Sudley Road and Crestwood Drive in the Manassas area of Prince William County at 2:45 a.m. on Sunday. 

The alleged victim in the case, a 35-year-old man of Manassas, told police he'd gotten into an argument with the suspect which led to her striking the back of his car repeatedly with her own before driving away from the scene.

No injuries were reported, but investigators did learn the suspect had her two children, ages 7 and 5, in the car with her during the incident. 

Fairfax County Police arrested Diana Maria Castellano, 31, of Greywing Square at her home shortly after the incident. She is charged with two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, two counts of felony child neglect, one count of felony hit and run and one count of reckless driving

A $7,500 secured bond was set, but a court date is unknown.
