Purses Stolen From Table at Local Restaurant

Manassas City Police Officers are investigating after two patrons to the City Tavern Grille had their belongings stolen.

Manassas City Police Officers are investigating after two patrons to the City Tavern Grille had their belongings stolen.

Police said it happened between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. February 18 at the restaurant and bar located at 9405 Main Street in Old Town Manassas.

The victims told officers that two purses were stolen from their table. The victims’ cell phones, which were inside the purses, were also stolen.

The phones were valued at between $200.00 and $300.00 each, police said.  The investigation is ongoing.
