Road Rage Arrest After Man Struck Twice in the Face

Suspect charged with assault and battery after incident at Liberia and Euclid avenues, according to Manassas City Police.

A Warrenton man is facing charges after allegedly striking another driver in the face twice during a road rage incident Monday in Manassas, according to Manassas City Police.

Joseph E. Pullen, 36, of 7205 Opal Rd, Warrenton, was charged with assault and battery and a $5,000 bond amount.

Officers responded to the Hastings Marketplace Shopping Center regarding the assault. A road rage incident reported escalated at the intersection of Liberia Avenue and Euclid Avenue.

When the two cars stopped at the intersection, Pullen reportedly exited his car and began yelling at the victim. He then allegedly struck the victim, a 51-year-old of Nokesville, twice in the face. The victim sustained minor injuries.
