Police: Souls Harbor Church of Manassas Burglarized

Investigators said someone broke into the Portner Avenue Church on Friday morning, according to the Manassas Police Department.

Police are trying to determine who smashed out a basement office window of a Manassas church and stole several items from inside.

The break-in was discovered just after 10:20 a.m. at the Souls Harbor Church at 8900 Portner Avenue.

Church staff told police a window to a basement office was broken and a laptop in a black bag and hand tools were taken, Manassas Police Sgt. Lowell Nevill said.
