Suspect Robs 7-Eleven with BB Gun

A man armed with what appeared to be a BB gun targeted a local 7-11 for cash and cigarettes early Friday morning.

A man armed with what appeared to be a BB gun targeted a local 7-11 for cash and cigarettes early Friday morning. 

Manassas City Police (MCPD) Sergeant Eddie Rivera said the robbery occurred shortly before 3:30 a.m. Friday when a black male entered the 7-Eleven store, located at 10438 Dumfries Road, displayed what appeared to be a BB gun and demanded cash from the store clerk, who complied.

The suspect then told the employee to give him a couple of cartons of cigarettes before ordering him to lie on the floor. Police said the suspect was able to flee the area with an unknown amount of cash.

The suspect was described as black male, approximately 20 years old, 5’8” tall and 170 – 190 lbs. He was seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black jeans and a black ski mask at the time of the robbery.
