Suspects of FBI Drug Raid ID'd

Husband and wife from Haymarket arrested in Manassas Thursday morning in ongoing FBI investigation into northern Virginia OxyContin distribution ring.

Agents blocked in the suspects' vehicle and set off flash bombs at a Manassas business park off of Sudley Road as they attempted to exit their car and enter a business on Dorsey Circle off of Sudley Road, directly across from Prince William County hospital.

Marc Harding, 29, of Broad Run, Va., who is the cousin of Brooke Reighard, was also arrested at a home in Haymarket as part of the FBI sting.

All three are being charged with conspiracy to distribute OxyContin (Roxicodone and Oxycodone), and are accused of being the core conspirators of a scheme to obtain the drug by using computers and other equipment (scanners) to digitally produce fraudulent prescriptions for the purpose of distribution,  according to spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Virginia Peter Carr.

Many of the drug ring's co-conspirators previously arrested acknowledged learning aspects of making and using the forged prescription documents from the Reighards and Harding.
