Thieves Steal Wheel Off Car, Replace it With Concrete Drain

No arrests have been made, Manassas City Police said.

Police are trying to determine who stole one of the wheels from a car parked on a Manassas street on Friday night. 

The victim woke up Saturday morning and found someone had removed the front passenger wheel from his blue Pontiac G6 and replaced it with a concrete downspout drain, Manassas Police reports show. 

The victim told police the theft probably happened between 9 p.m. Friday night and that morning while the car was parked on the 10300 block of Flowerree Lane.

The investigation continues but no arrests have been made.
