Two Accused of Beating Manassas Man With a Pipe

Police said the altercation stemmed from a disagreement that started the night before.

A Manassas man was flown to an area hospital for treatment after he was struck with a pipe during a fight on Sunday morning, Prince William County Police reports show.

James Brian Price, 40, and Rodney Lee Jamerson,47, both of 3134 Catlett Road in Catlett, are both charged with malicious wounding in connection with the incident.

It happened at 11:36 a.m. on the 9400 block of Hensley Road in the Manassas area of Prince William County.

The victim told police he was involved in a fight with a two suspects that stemmed from a disagreement that started the night before.

At some point during the argument, the victim was struck in the upper body with a pipe, according to police reports.

The suspects fled the scene. Price and Jamerson were arrested at their residence in Fauquier County. 

The victim underwent treatment for non-life threatening injuries.

Bond and court information concerning the suspects wasn't available from the Prince William County Police Department.
