U.S. Marshals Arrest Man Accused of Yorkshire Robbery

Jermaine Michael Terry, 30, faces multiple charges in relation to the robbery.

U.S. Marshals tracked down a man hiding out in Maryland who is accused of assaulting and robbing two Manassas area men. 

Jermaine Michael Terry, 30, of no fixed address, is charged with two counts of robbery, malicious wounding, malicious wounding by mob, assault and battery by mob and assault and battery. 

The U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force and Maryland State Police arrested Terry without incident at an acquaintance's residence on the 2000 block of Brooks Drive in District Height's Maryland Dec. 24. He now awaits extradition back to Prince William County. 

The 29-year-old and 27-year old victims reported on the evening of Dec. 16 that they were robbed on the 7500 block of Centreville Road in the Manassas area. The two men were walking in that area when a sedan and an SUV stopped near them. Two men exited both vehicles and approached the victims. There were four suspects in all. 

The men assaulted the victims, stole an undisclosed amount of cash and a cell phone, then got back into the cars and fled. 

One of the victims was able to identify Terry, Prince William County Police said. Police are still searching for the other three men involved in the incident.
