Police said the man was caught on camera moments before he robbed the Walgreens store on Sudley Road.

Police have arrested a Dumfries man and charged him with armed robbery of a Walgreens store on Sudley Road last week, where an undisclosed amount of pills were stolen.

Police said the man in the robbery was seen wearing a surgical mask. Detectives received information which lead to the identity of the suspect, and discovered that he was caught on camera at another store buying surgical masks, which he allegedly used to disguise himself during the robbery at Walgreens.
