Woman Claiming to Be Terrorist Threatened to Kill Men, Police Say

Police arrested the woman, whom they described as being extremely intoxicated.

Police in the City of Manassas have arrested a woman who claimed to be a federal agent and then a terrorist before threatening to bomb and kill two men. Police said Sonia Christine Dallen, of the City of Manassas, was extremely intoxicated at the time of her arrest.

Police responded to the 8700 block of Deblanc Place on Sunday, Aug. 19 around 4 p.m. regarding an intoxicated female that was threatening to kill two males.

The victims told officers that Dallen was extremely intoxicated and had allegedly threatened to kill them, according to police. The victims also told police that Dallen allegedly began engaging in unwanted fondling with them; and when told to leave by the victims, Dallen claimed to be an undercover federal agent. She then assaulted both males and vandalized a guitar before leaving, according to police reports.

Dallen was found by officers walking on Signal Hill Road a short time later. She was placed under arrest due to her level of intoxication. Dallen told officers that she was a terrorist and would be returning to bomb and kill the two male victims while being transported to the detention center, police said.

Dallen was placed under arrest and charged with two counts of sexual battery, two counts of impersonating a law enforcement officer, intoxication in public, destruction of property and threats to bomb/burn.

She was held at the Prince William County Adult Detention Center with no bond, police said. 

Her court date was set for Oct. 9, 2012. The victims, both 19, did not sustain any injuries stemming from this incident, according to police.
