The woman is expected to survive her injuries, Prince William County Police said.

A 54-year-old Woodbridge woman is recovering from non-life threatening injuries after being struck in the head with a metal pipe by a man who robbed the store where she is employed.
It happened just after 3 a.m. on Saturday morning at the 7-Eleven convenience store located at 12125 Dumfries Rd in the Manassas area of Prince William County.
The suspect got away with cash and the victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Police used canines to try and track down the suspect but weren't able to do so.
The woman wasn't able to determine the race of her attacker, but described him as a man between 23 and 27 years old standing anywhere from 6 to 6'5". He is thought to be between 175 and 200 pounds with a medium build. He was seen wearing a camouflage hooded jacket, gray pants, black-and-white shoes and black mask.
Anyone with information about this case is asked to call the Prince William County Police Department.
