Drivers traveling North on Route 28 through Prince William County on their way to other areas have long complained about the the roadway and how it can no longer accommodate the traffic, resulting in massive delays during rush hours.
Marshall, known for his conservative stance on hot-button issues such as birth control and abortion, said he plans to discuss other matters during the meeting.

The Virginia Assembly will convene next month. A list of bills with Marshall as its chief patron are listed here.
