UPDATE: Shelters Open at Stonewall Jackson, Osbourn High Schools
Osbourn High School in Manassas is a pet friendly shelter.
Osbourn High School in Manassas will open as a public shelter a 7 p.m. Monday, Manassas City officials said.
The shelter is pet friendly.

Prince William County opened two emergency shelters at noon Monday. One at the Ferlazzo building in Woodbridge and another at Stonewall Jackson High School at 8820 Rixlew Ln. in Manassas.
Prince William County courts closed at 1 p.m. Monday while libraries that are part of the Prince William County system will close at 5 p.m.
