Neighborhood Leaders Group

Neighborhood Leaders Group Workshop is on Tuesday, June 19 from 7-9 pm in Room 107 on the first floor of the Development Services Bldg. at 5 County Complex Ct. in Woodbridge.

This month we will feature a discussion with Nancy Berlin of PWC Cooperative Extension who will discuss ways neighborhoods can encourage drought-tolerant yards and other plantings as well as green, money-saving landscaping issues in common areas and community gardens. We will do a brief overview of Reserve Studies and why these are critical for common interest community associations and we will build upon previous discussions about Neighborhood Leader Group initiatives including the proposed Adopt-a-Neighbor program, Neighborhood Mediation/Dispute Resolution, the Graffiti Abatement Paint Bank, and the fall Neighborhood Leader Conferences.

Join us for a social/networking half-hour from 6:30 to 7 pm. Workshop begins at 7:00.
