Rutgers the Latest Stop for College Prospect Tim Settle
Visiting the school Monday, Settle is Stonewall Jackson's five-star defensive tackle.
Tim Settle is the region's top 2015 college recruiting prospect and he's spending the off season checking out schools and athletic programs. Next up: Rutgers University, according to Scout.com.
A five-star defensive tackle at Stonewall Jackson High School and one of the top recruits in the nation, Settle is making the trip with Centreville cornerback Charles Tutt.
TheKeyPlay.com wrote last month that the Virginia Teach Hokies might be in Settle's future (and that the program could really use him).
But they're not alone in the fight: The Washington Post pointed out that Settle has over 30 scholarship offers, including Florida, Alabama, Georgia Ohio State and USC.
