Junior Ninja Warrior, County Fair Zip Line, Fall Jubilee, '40s Hangar Dance and More

A reality television hit will be live — for kids — this weekend. Parkour gym Urban Evolution is hosting Junior Ninja Warrior Night. Participants 6-14 years old will be able to compete in a kid-friendly obstacle course inspired by the popular American Ninja Warrior TV show. $15 for spectators, $35 participants. Discounts for advance registration and gym members.  Registration starts at 4 p.m. The event begins at 5 p.m. Saturday. 8442 Kao Circle, Manassas.

More than 80 rides and games? We’re there. The Joe Gibbs Youth for Tomorrow County Fair and Auction returns with a rock climbing wall, mechanical rides, moon bounce, pony rides and a zip line! Parking is free. $10 for adults, $5 for children, free admission for ages 3 and under. 10 a.m. Saturday. 11835 Hazel Circle Drive, Bristow.

Manassas brings the pumpkin patch to the city — and lots more. The City of Manassas and Historic Manassas host the annual Fall Jubilee this weekend. Aside from the pumpkins, there will be craft tents, community booths, a farmer’s market, live music, rides and more. Free. 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. Old Town Manassas.

Look for period entertainment at the Manassas Regional Airport. The Freedom Museum hosts its 1940s Hangar Dance, a fundraiser for the new museum. There will be music from Swing Machine and attendees are encouraged to wear clothes from the era or uniforms. $80. 7-11 p.m. Saturday, VARSAR Hangar, 10600 Harry Parrish Blvd., Manassas.

Broadway’s villains get the spotlight at the Workhouse Arts Center this weekend. Saturday’s Cabaret Series performance shines a light on the wicked characters of classic musicals. Shows have sold out, so buy tickets in advance. $25. 8 p.m. Saturday at the W-3 Theatre, 9601 Ox Road, Lorton.
