My girlfriend and I tried dinner last Friday night only because the online ad promised a bluegrass performance. We expected the usual commercial BBQ restaurant (which are quite good), but were instead treated, yes treated, to genuine BBQ dinners -- the kind that Hollywood stereotypes in Southern movies. Our pork and beef brisket dinners were delicious and we were offered generous samples of other meats. As for the music it was a perfect fit for meal and atmosphere. Absolute BBQ is a definite keeper.

It's a small place with great food and atmosphere. The staff is just as nice as can be. The dinners offer generous portions of many side dishes along with beef brisket, pork bbq, chicken and my favorite - ribs. They also offer entertainment. My favorite is the bluegrass group - Hardcore Bluegrass that just tops of the night. Its a great place! Give it a try and check out the entertainment.
