I have been a customer of Cross Roads Barber Shop for a couple of years now and I have never seen them treat anyone rudely. In fact, they go out of their way to greet everyone that enters or leaves the shop. Their friendliness is one of the reasons I drive 5+ miles to this barber shop from old town Manassas. The prices are low; there's candy and toys for the children; the haircut experience concludes with a relaxing hot towel neck massage; and, most importantly, they give great haircuts. They cut my hair the way I ask them to cut it...not the way the barber may feel like cutting it. On Saturday or Sunday you may have to wait to get in a barber's chair; but, that's to be expected at a shop that provides great service and has many repeat customers.

This place is real bad. They are very rude. My mother went in on a Sunday at 5pm, the lady there told her to take a seat and let her wait for 45 minutes till one of the lady's there was done and told her to go home. Then said come back another day you no hair cut, then proceeded to get the man behind my mother and said she was going to cut his hair but not my mothers after she was waiting 45 min and the man had just sat down. The lady didnt even say sorry to my mother just told her to leave. I called the manager and told her what happened and all she did was laugh and say sorry while laughing and said she would give my mother a coupon for 1 free cut after my mom would have to be there 10 times. I then told her my mother left crying that day from her shop due to the rude lady that told her to leave and then the manager started laughing even harder which then i told her i was going to report her to BBB she then said ok and kept laughing.... DONT GO TO THIS PLACE, ITS FULL OF RUDE PEOPLE WHO DONT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH RIGHT.
