Hibachi Buffet and Sushi
703-361-8899
Located in the Westgate Shopping Center, the Hibachi Buffet and Sushi offers an amazing variety of high quality food. One of the nicer Asian-style buffets, the food is always fresh and hot. The staff brings out new trays of each dish constantly so all of the food available is fresh.
There is a Mongolian hibachi style station where you choose the raw meats, eggs and noodles. There are American, Mexican and Chinese foods. The shrimp in various dishes are a nice size and are well cleaned, plump and juicy. The mashed potatoes are homemade, not instant.
Kids between 36" and 54" are half price and under 36" are free.

I wouldnt even give this one star, but there was no choice so I had to. The foods are usually delicious. However, I went around nine so the workers do not replace the empty dishes on the serving table. ALSO, the guy who used to work at create-ur-own-noodles was really nice and actually made the food palatable. However, the new guy (not really sure what his name was since he IGNORED my family and me like five times) was the most ignorant chef I've ever met in my life. I asked him to cook my chicken well-done and he sharply cuts off my sentence with a "No." He ignored me when I said "more sauce please." like 20 times, nearly screaming.
Unless Hibachi fireshim and changes their way of treating people who arrive at around 9, I will not change this one star.
