Yes they have a wide range of products, and the price is very reasonable. For that I gave 2 stars.
Before you walk out of this J store, you have to double check what is inside your shopping bag. The receipt says you can't exchange your wig or add on, or return them. I bought the same wig on the model, but un-suspiciously, I came home with another - one that I clearly told the clerk that I didn't want. I should have known from the beginning how I was patronized to choose the products that he chose.
Additional: Same bad experience with two local Korean food stores, selling products with expired dates and rotten stuff and I had a hard time to make them take it back. Threw them out the second time. May be it's the culture thing?

Nice selection of products. Customer service could use some improvement, but they are better than most Korean vendors. My issue is with the stylist Phillipa who has a salon in the back of the store. She is rude and insulted me with nasty comments while doing my hair. Someone should tell her that she shouldn't use a hair attachment on a hair dryer when drying natural hair. The entire experience was frustrating and I will never go to her or that store again. I hate having to do that because they are the only hair supply in this area that is open on Sundays. Oh well...
