This was our second time using NVS for a remodel so we already knew the integrity of the owners and the company. They have a well-deserved reputation for getting a job done right.  We had very specific goals in mind and they completed every detail to our satisfaction. Every person that was involved in the job - from the designer to each carpenter - was patient as we made decisions, prompt for work at the house  and an expert in their field.  They went above and beyond the call of duty. We highly recommend NVS for remodeling needs. 

We recently had the upper floor of our town home remodeled. It was a pretty extensive remodel. The master bathroom, closet and laundry room were torn out down to the studs, and beyond. New walls were built in a completely redesigned floor plan. NVS was recommended to us by a family member who used them for a kitchen and bath remodel. We were told that we would be very happy with them. I can honestly say that was an understatement. From initial sales to the end result, NVS was professional, on time and on budget. We had an unusually difficult design target – maximize usefulness of minimal and inefficient space. We worked with the designer through several revisions to make the best use of the space. The designer had to find some unique solutions for our space. The lead carpenter was outstanding, even with real time changes to the design. The construction zone was isolated and cleaned up every day. The subcontractors were scheduled and managed well. NVS was not the cheapest (not the most expensive either) of the companies we contacted, but they were well worth it. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

We have used NVS Kitchen & Bath for no less than 9 projects over the last 20 + years in two different homes (4 complete bathroom remodels, kitchen remodel, basement finish, decks, sunroom additions) Needless to say, we would not be using NVS over and over again, unless we were completely satisfied in every way - from the great ideas they have had on our projects,, to the service, quality workmanship, follow up service. Everyone who we have worked has been a pleasure - reliable, competent, do what they say when, the jobs are all finished on (or before) schedule. We highly recommend NVS to all our friends and neighbors who have complimented our various remodel projects.

We contracted with NVS after getting a referral to redo our kitchen and laundry room. From the initial visit to everyone we came in contact with(including the sub contractors), we discovered a high level of professionalism and a desire to meet our expectations. All of the employees and Glenn are extremely easy to work with and listened to what we wanted. They worked hard to make sure we were happy with each phase. During construction we were able to make adjustments whether it was additions or a change of the plan, they gladly accommodated our request. NVS laid out the cost up front and, unlike many others, kept right on their projected schedule for completion. If there was a delay it was because we couldn't make a decision on time. Our remodeled kitchen and laundry room are gorgeous. There isn't one person that walks through that isn't impressed by the quality of the work. We not only have referred NVS to others(who have also been very pleased with their work), we have used them for other projects. You should feel very comfortable knowing you will get top notch service and quality work.

NVS took down numerous walls in our home, creating a much more open floor plan. It also gave us the option to move our master bedroom to the main floor - something we had wanted to do for years.

The carpenters were knowledgeable and kept the workspace tidy. No complaints.

I purchased a foreclosured town house that had possibly the worst yellow kitchen you ever saw. NVS transformed my space and added thousands of dollars of value to my home.

One of their in-house designers came up with the idea to tear down a wall. I would never had thought of that, but it opened up my floor plan and made my home feel much newer than it actual is.

Also, their tile-person came to me with ideas of his own. For just a little more cost to me he added decorative glass tiles that really turned my backsplash and floor into a work of art.

I'm currently saving up money to redo my master bathroom, and I already plan to give NVS my work.

Terrible company. Poor workmanship and defective products. Hired them for bath remodeling and they have abandoned the project without correcting the many defects. Stay away from this company.
