Opened in 2009, Sichuan Garden is a new venture by a well-known Northern Virginia restaurant family, the Hungs. While there are a few tables in the tiny restaurant, it's clear that much of the business is delivery-based. The dining room is inviting, and the smell drifting from the semiopen kitchen will make anyone hungry. Food is made to order, so those sensitive to MSG or with preferred spice levels can get what they like.
