Vertical Rock Hosting Grand Opening This Weekend

New Manassas business offers soaring attractions.

Vertical Rock Indoor Climbing Center, which  is one of the largest gyms and also home to the largest indoor climbing arch, has opened a new location in Manassas. According to a press release issued by the city, the new center is located at 10225 Nokesville Road and will host a grand opening celebration all day Saturday, July 14, from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. Things you can find at Vertical Rock include open climb sessions, lessons, summer camps, parties and customized climbing experiences for all ages and skill levels, according to the press release. Gold's Gym to Relocate in 2011

New and improved facility coming to Liberia Avenue.

Gold's Gym, located in Shopper's Square on Rt. 28 at Maplewood Center, is relocating to a brand new facility on Liberia Avenue just in time for the new year. The reopening is scheduled for Jan. 3, 2011. The new gym location will be in the "Evergreen Terrace Class A" building located right behind the Longhorn Steakhouse on Liberia Avenue. The building also houses other businesses, including the University of Phoenix and the Continental Event Center.
